Birthday Wild Encounter
Approximately one-hour presentation with 8–10 animals. Includes guided interaction, animal facts, questions and birthday-child moments.
Includes up to 14 total participants, counting children and adults.
Large Snake Finale
End the presentation with an impressive large snake and an unforgettable final interaction.
Feeding Demonstration
An educational snake-feeding demonstration using frozen-thawed food—not live prey.

The standard Birthday Wild Encounter includes up to 14 total participants, counting children and adults. Large-group pricing applies above 14 total participants — get in touch for a quote.

Schools, corporate events, private functions and large-group presentations are quoted according to location, attendance, age range, number of presentations, length, format, travel and add-ons.
Additional charges may apply for
Mileage
A mileage fee applies to Mission, Maple Ridge, Squamish, Chilliwack, Abbotsford, West Vancouver, Tsawwassen, Langley and Aldergrove, and may apply to other locations outside the standard service area. Kevin will confirm the calculated fee in your full quote.
Long weekends & statutory holidays
A $100 surcharge applies to any show taking place on a statutory holiday or long weekend. After-hours charges may also apply.
Applicable taxes are added to all quoted prices and fees.
$2 million in liability insurance
West Coast Exotics carries $2 million in liability insurance coverage. If your school, municipality or venue needs proof of coverage or vendor documentation, include that request with your inquiry.
