Kevin has delivered educational animal presentations across Canada for more than 20 years. A trained zookeeper, he brings an appreciation of nature directly to birthday parties, classrooms and events through experiences that combine humour, real animal knowledge and hands-on discovery.
Kevin's style is knowledgeable, funny, patient and direct. He knows how to hold the attention of a roomful of children, encourage a nervous participant and keep an exciting experience under control.
Kevin leads most Wild Encounters and personally reviews and schedules every booking.
More than entertainment
Conservation, compassion and responsible pet ownership are central to the experience. Guests learn that exotic animals are not toys or novelty purchases — they require specialized care and a serious long-term commitment.
Many of the animals encountered through West Coast Exotics are rescues or former unwanted pets. Their stories help audiences understand why responsible choices matter.
